Change the default dice position on the Fantasy Grounds desktop

When you roll dice in Fantasy Grounds, they automatically return to the default position. Have you ever wanted to change that position to somewhere else?  This Fantasy Grounds Quick Tip will show you how to change the default dice position.

The dice reset to their original position.

To change the default position, we first need to move the dice where we want them.

It's impossible to place the dice exactly when moving them on the desktop.

Right click on the desktop to bring up the radial menu.

Click on the lock icon to set arrange position.

The dice are now locked to that position and will return there when rolled.

To manually return the dice to your new location, right click on the desktop and click the arrange dice icon.

The dice will reset to that position.

To reset the dice to their original position

Right click on the desktop and click the lock icon to set the default arrange position

Right click on the desktop again, and click the arrange dice position icon
